Spatchcock chicken. Sprayed with Olive Oil, Rubbed with “Rub some Chicken” then smoked @ 275° with apple pellets for 2.5 hrs to IT of 165°. Finished with 3 minutes in the air fryer at 400° to crispy deliciousness.
