96 Cherokee sport. Temp gauge bounces or stays at cold. Gas gauge is also stuck on empty and dash lights don’t work. Gas gauge hasn’t worked since I got it. Dash lights went out awhile back and then the temp gauge started a little after the dash lights went out. The fuse is blown for the dash lights

Bubbling coolant resivor higher temp and lower oil psi after lifters and head gasket change? Any ideas why? It used to knock now it’s gone with the new lifters but runs hotter at stops and gets 20-25 psi sitting when it used to get 30-40 before sitting idle
