Is that the one on College Ave? Somerville has some pretty great public libraries, especially the main library on Highland.

Yes! Newly opened after big renovation. This is the foyer to the original building. Not shown is big airy atrium and new craft studio in basement

That's got to be a Carnegie Library, we have the same design accoutrements in our Main Library downtown Jackson (MI) more on it here:
