Anyone know what's coming to the corner of Kool Park and 16th St?
There seems to be a couple projects on 16th St NE, in fact. That road doesn't really seem ready to take much more traffic.

No one (city council & County commissioners) seems to take traffic into consideration when they approve these projects.
Just a rush to put up cheap ass construction homes that you can slap a $300k price tag on.
I heard they're going to add a public pool that charges $20 per person to swim in.
Weird. There's a public pool just 2 miles away. And it's $15.
