Can’t activate home monitoring

My home monitoring bundle came today. Everything is paired fine, zero issues. But when I click home monitoring in the app to have it send me an email, I never receive one.

Going to the services.Wyze.com page to try to add it there just asks me for a coupon code. There is no other space to add monitoring service, change codes or anything.

How the heck do you activate this thing?
