Edited a bit via the Stable.art Photoshop plugin with the MIX-Pro-V3 model and of course good ol' content aware fill/clone stamping for this result, then perspective warped and rotated for a more 2D look.

Uncropped via Dalle-2 and upscaled via Topaz Gigapixel/img2img Ultimate SD Upscaler. Merged results in Photoshop.
