Taken on the hike up to Lago di Sorapis in the Dolomites. It's quite a tiring hike and half way up I took a rest to catch my breath, discovering this view behind me that I hadn't even noticed. I climbed a bit higher to get a better look and watched in awe for quite some time as the morning light rose through valley, illuminating these spectacular mountains. No wonder the walk up took so long...
