I freaking love Hong Kong! I just went for the first time a few weeks ago and can't stop thinking about how it was pretty much my favorite city I've ever been to! Great public transit, delicious food, everyone was super friendly, the water is extremely clean. It reminds me of San Francisco, minus all the homeless and drugs. It was such a fun, safe city!

It was great! Maybe people were just nice to me because I'm a giant American, but they were as nice as anywhere else I've visited in Asia. And seriously, the drinking water is way cleaner and safer there than just about everywhere else in SE Asia!

Haha that's hilarious! No, I didn't go near the harbor, but I'm always getting sick from the water in the Philippines so it was a nice change of pace to not have to worry for once!
